RETRO DELUXE is a five-piece band that combines the elegance of retro style with the energy of contemporary pop. Their repertoire features well-known hits by artists such as Bruno Mars, Dua Lipa, Daft Punk and Aerosmith, in original arrangements rooted in swing, boogie-woogie and jazz. Every track takes on a fresh character: familiar melodies become stylish and elegant, fitting perfectly into the atmosphere of a gala, banquet, corporate event or prestigious reception.

The vocalist and face of the project is responsible for the course of the entire concert. Maria Łyszkowska, also known as Marie de Soie, hosts concerts in an energetic, relaxed, almost stand-up style, building a direct connection with the audience. She is accompanied by four experienced instrumentalists who regularly perform and record with the top tier of the Polish music scene.

The programme is not limited to the concert itself – the RETRO DELUXE band happily collaborates with dance groups, tap dancers and burlesque performers, creating a full, cohesive show tailored to the character of the event.

Standard event programme

Duration: 3 sets of 45 minutes (with breaks)
Line-up: 5 members — female vocalist + 4 instrumentalists (saxophone, piano, double bass, drums)

Tap Dancer

Solo tap dancer accompanying the band for 2–3 selected numbers in each set. Rhythmic tap dancing in a swing, jazz and boogie-woogie style, accentuating the groove and energy of the live music — a striking addition that visually and musically enhances the concert, creating dynamic interactions between the dancer and the musicians. Elegant stage costume matching the band's style.

Burlesque

Short performances by a single burlesque performer (or dancers) during selected songs or between sets. Classic vintage-style burlesque – elegant, sensual, and maintaining a retro atmosphere. A dance and theatrical addition combining subtle humour, grace, and stage expression, interacting with the music and the audience – emphasising the atmosphere of old Hollywood and cabaret elegance. Full customisation of costume and choreography to suit the character of the event.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Full technical support throughout the event: sound reinforcement, stage lighting, mixers, microphones, stands, cabling, setup and operation. High-quality equipment, sound engineering by an experienced sound technician, aesthetic stage and lighting arrangement — from intimate performances to large outdoor events.
